Pilot Operated Pulse valve for Reverse Pulse Jet Bag Filters  Pilot operated Pulse valve has just one moving part, the diaphragm. The unique spring less construction provides fast opening & closing of valve. The high speed operation of the valves besides saving of compressed air, helps to provide shock air wave for dislodging of dust from the filter bags. High flow, long life and fast diaphragm action produce reliable & economical operation of the pulse valve.

Operation
 pulse valves are operated by integral solenoid pilot operator. When the valve is energized, the trapped air above pulse valve diaphragm is quickly exhausted causing fast opening of main diaphragm valve, air escapes through bleed hole of main pulse valve to balance the diaphragm pressure and instantly closes the valve.

Installation
Mounting in any position will not affect operation of the pulse valve. However good engineering practice is to avoid scale and condensed water entering the valve body for trouble free performance. Standard end connections of BSP are provided.
